2/3 c Sunflower seed, ground to meal
2/3 pumpkin seeds, ground to meal
2 dates, un-soaked
1 tbs Miso
1 stalk of Green onion
2 tbs tomato powder
1 stalk of celery
½ red pepper
Chop ingredients in the food processor s blade attachment. mix by hand with the rest of ingredients. Put mixture to the measure cup.
To make round shape burgers dehydrate on the Teflon sheet for about 12 hours and flip over for 4 hours more.
Keep in the fridge for one week.
